Bob O. did a great job figuring out what was wrong with my dishwasher, and fixing it in short order. I appreciate that he clearly explained what he’d found and what he planned to do. He also made sure that my other appliances (of varying ages) were properly maintained. Great same -day service.

Tom came by to fix my Sub-Zero fridge after it suddenly stopped cooling, and he was great. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got it running again without any nonsense. He was polite, worked clean, and even gave me a few tips to keep it running longer. It’s been working perfectly since he left. Really appreciated ☺️

Not happy with the service it was more of a scam. The tech broke the part would not give the part to me not sure why he needed it if it was "broken according to the diagnosis. Very dismissive work ethic. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

I do not recommend this company AT ALL because they did not repair the issue, despite charging me $300 to repair. The phone scheduler and the technician were very professional - arrived on time - clean - professional follow up through text. Alex gave me two options for repair - one with a $250 warranty fee for one month and another for today's services. I chose the today's service fee and paid by Zelle. I was assured that he had done the repairs, my fridge was recharged, and told if they had to come out again to recharge the fridge, it would result in another charge. I did expect the repairs to last more than 12 hours though. This morning I woke up and noticed that my fridge was still at 45 degrees, despite the $300 repair. I called to let the technician know and they told me it would be another $250 to come out again. That is ridiculous. Not even one day had passed and the repairs weren't done properly and they expected me to pay again. Despite its professional image, the company is dishonest and will not stand by their work. I intend to report them. I wonder if I had paid the $500 if I would've had this same issue with my fridge. It was a bait and switch. Be aware. They will not follow up their errors - even within 24 hours.Update: They told me to wait a couple of days and see if the problem fixed itself. Unbelievable. They took absolutely no responsibility for misdiagnosing and not repairing the issue. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
